Fernando B. • September 26, 2014One of the most beautiful places to visit at night in Madrid. The monument is nicely lit, and reflects beautifully on the water. Quite romantic I'd say.
Pettran • October 11, 2016Beautiful monument but dirty "lake" and unfortunately really crowded and noisy part of the park.
Scott H. • January 7, 2010The architecture alone is worth a look. A beautiful 1930's Art Deco building with a beautiful artsy Cafe' in the front and museum in the back
Miguel G. • September 21, 2012La Rosaleda is a lovely rose garden in the south of the Buen Retiro Park on Paseo de Uruguay. Established in 1915, it was designed after the 'Rosaleda de Bagatelle' garden in Paris.

Jane H. • September 23, 2014One of the most beautiful buildings in Madrid! Enjoy a view of the city from the roof of Círculo de Bellas Artes right across the street for 3€.

Spotted by Locals - city guides by locals • April 27, 2015"The best part is its quietness. During the hot summer I like to grab my packed lunch here and sit down in the shade, far from the crowded Retiro park."
Ines F. • July 11, 2017Totally worth it! Don't miss it. You get a surprise when you enter. 3€ entrance with a very nice tour guide (though in Spanish).
David • September 7, 2014Walking distance from Prado, Thyssen, El Retiro and Atocha railway station. Parliament is located on Plaza de las Cortes. Quite a central location in Madrid for starting your visit.
